Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and act as the primary advisor on activation and business value.
  • Drive customer retention and renewals by identifying and mitigating adoption and value risks early.
  • Design and deliver tailored, use case–based training programs for enterprise customers across multiple functions.
  • Lead advanced customer sessions, onsite workshops, executive briefings, and workflow integration efforts.
  • Build monitoring solutions using dashboards, reports, and alerting to help customers track digital experiences.
  • Analyze large quantitative datasets to uncover optimization opportunities and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Share customer wins and success stories across the organization to support knowledge sharing and team development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Quantum Metric platform and maintain deep product expertise.
  • Contribute thought leadership to vertical playbooks, strategic initiatives, and consulting methodology.
  • Coach and mentor new hires and peers, and support customer engagements as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language: Spanish or French.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience transforming data into business impact.
  • Ability to work with large, complex quantitative datasets and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong consulting and advisory skills with experience engaging customers directly, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills.
  • Confidence training and engaging large audiences of 50+ participants.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, and ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for onsite customer enablement.
