Description

  • Partner with client and partner account managers to accelerate customer integrations and ongoing growth.
  • Lead pre-sales architectural discussions and customer design workshops.
  • Deeply assess and translate customer technical requirements into delivery plans.
  • Lead product and architecture design workstreams for partner implementations.
  • Guide strategic professional services engagements for specific partners.
  • Serve as the technical voice of reason for partners during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Support pre-sales discovery and post-sales implementation activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team while reporting into the Product organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading and developing teams across infrastructure, databases, data warehousing, software development, or enterprise architecture.
  • 5+ years leading implementation of enterprise-scale IT programs.
  • Experience in technology leadership within the financial services industry, or customer-facing technical leadership serving financial services clients.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile project management and software development methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
  • Broad understanding of cloud platform services, cloud-native architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on development skills.
  • Experience with strategic professional services delivery (implied by the role).
