Description

  • Own a portfolio of live accounts, tracking status, issues, satisfaction, and unresolved items.
  • Lead persistent follow-ups on open items, escalations, callbacks, deals, and customer commitments.
  • Onboard customers by configuring call forwarding, workflows, supported integrations, and end-to-end tests.
  • Configure call flows, prompts, transfer rules, SMS settings, and notifications without engineering support.
  • Conduct customer calls for onboarding, check-ins, escalations, and retention efforts.
  • Manage engineering handoffs while retaining ownership of customer communication, timelines, and resolution.
  • Identify churn risks, address past-due invoices, and close expansion opportunities.
  • Document recurring fixes and propose automation opportunities based on customer workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support experience owning named accounts.
  • Hands-on experience configuring software such as automations, IVR, phone trees, CRMs, or no-code tools.
  • Technical fluency with API documentation, webhooks, and learning new tools independently.
  • Experience communicating with clients by phone daily, including US business owners or clinic staff.
  • Proven experience carrying retention, renewal, or upsell targets.
  • Clear spoken and advanced written English.
  • Availability for live calls during US business hours.
  • Ability to independently own accounts, provide proactive written updates, and verify fixes on real records.
  • Telephony experience with VoIP, call forwarding, Twilio, Dialpad, or RingCentral is preferred.
  • Healthcare, EHR, RCM, startup, Linear, Jira, Stripe, Slack Connect, or AI automation experience is preferred.
