Description

  • Own the full renewal cycle, from proactive outreach and strategy through negotiation and contract close.
  • Engage customer stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve roadblocks, and secure timely renewals.
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day renewal forecast with strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year agreement opportunities during renewals.
  • Execute retention playbooks and proactively manage churn risk across the assigned book of business.
  • Monitor account health with Customer Success and Support and develop strategies for at-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Support, and leadership on complex renewals and escalations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience owning and closing renewals or account management processes from start to finish.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills for complex, multi-stakeholder conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build customer trust.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume book of business while maintaining forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated approach with the ability to exceed quota in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Experience identifying upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year expansion opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to customer success and retention.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription models and GRR, NRR, and churn metrics (preferred).
  • Prior sales or renewals leadership or mentorship experience (preferred).

  • Base salary of $51,600–$60,000 USD plus commission, depending on location and experience.
