Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for external service enquiries and escalations.
  • Provide timely, high-quality responses to customer queries.
  • Schedule and chair customer meetings, including regular service reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the customer base.
  • Identify customer pressures, needs, and challenges to improve satisfaction.
  • Track and review performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Work with finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate billing and reduce disputes.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly customer-facing financial summaries for actuals and forecasts.
  • Create regular service reports and quality documentation covering SLAs, incidents, and problems.
  • Analyse service data, customer feedback, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support incident management and act as liaison between Wifinity and the customer when required.
  • Manage stakeholders through regular reporting and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management, customer management, stakeholder management, or service delivery in the WiFi market or another relevant industry.
  • Understanding of the public sector landscape, including central and/or local government, or adjacent sectors such as outsourced services, managed services, or service integrators.
  • Proven record of producing high-quality service reporting.
  • Comfortable providing leadership in a matrix organisation across delivery, operations, finance, and sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage people at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyse and present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyse information and data from different sources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good commercial, contractual, and financial knowledge.
  • Security clearance or the ability to gain security clearance.
  • Basic DBS check required for the successful applicant.
