Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for established enterprise clients and internal team members.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities with clients while managing against revenue targets.
  • Build external stakeholder networks to expand client business and deepen partnerships.
  • Drive successful renewals and demonstrate ongoing value to enterprise clients.
  • Track client portfolio developments, business challenges, and opportunities to lead account planning and strategy.
  • Support the enterprise sales team with business development efforts for prospective enterprise clients.
  • Partner with implementation and operations teams to ensure timely and successful client onboarding.
  • Work with product teams to translate client feedback into product insights.
  • Prepare the team for client interactions and look for opportunities to advance relationships forward.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another lead generation tool is a strong plus.
  • BS or BA degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and educating colleagues about client business and issues.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence others who do not report directly to you.
  • Strong organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations with a cohesive and engaging storyline.
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and suggest ideas to meet client needs.
  • Comfortable understanding and reporting on data and performance metrics.
  • A confident, dynamic working style; a sense of humor is a plus.
