Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across Direct, SOW, and MSP business models while maintaining a healthy P&L.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed objectives for new business, new categories, and new clients.
  • Partner with senior management on new initiatives and programs that support growth.
  • Create strategies and test new approaches to help the team achieve targets.
  • Identify, coordinate, and respond to RFIs and RFPs with the proposal team.
  • Conduct onsite client visits and build long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Attend networking events to develop additional business relationships and opportunities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
  • Serve as the main escalation point for current clients.
  • Track industry trends and identify new opportunities to expand the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or education.
  • 10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
  • 7+ years supporting financial services, IT, and insurance clients.
  • 5+ years working with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Experience building sales automation systems and processes using modern technologies and AI for task and outreach automation.
  • Open to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to set and execute a clear vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Must be tech savvy and current on technologies and recruitment trends.
