Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies, from intake through offer stage.
  • Work directly with international clients to understand hiring needs, clarify expectations, and align delivery priorities.
  • Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing, screening, and outreach.
  • Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate fit, communication, and readiness.
  • Present concise, high-quality shortlists backed by clear judgment and hiring insight.
  • Maintain momentum across active roles, follow-ups, and hiring stages to keep delivery organized and timely.
  • Represent Whitecollars professionally in client and candidate interactions.
  • Create a positive candidate experience that supports client trust and employer brand.
  • Identify risks and blockers early and take ownership of moving roles forward.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to full-cycle recruitment and fast-paced delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles at the same time without losing quality or control.
  • Strong spoken and written English for communication with international clients and candidates.
  • Confidence in client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand client needs beyond the written brief.
  • Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment tools within a structured delivery workflow.
  • A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to keep moving when things are unclear or under pressure.
