Description

  • Set the venture’s direction and lead day-to-day execution as CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead pilot placements with design-partner companies and convert them into paid retained relationships.
  • Build the go-to-market motion and customer development process.
  • Partner with product and engineering to ship the first version and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating norms.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market.
  • Experience with consultative, relationship-driven sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Deep domain expertise in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition as a builder, operator, or agency leader.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Willingness to operate as a co-founder rather than a salaried executive.
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder-fit note required to apply.
