Description

  • Screen and qualify candidates, document assessments, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Support and manage the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in hiring.
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of active, passive, and inactive candidates.
  • Generate market intelligence and business development leads through candidate conversations.
  • Engage, question, and listen effectively to identify candidate and market fit.
  • Map the market and source candidates through headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, Xing, and other channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in the recruitment industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very strong client-facing skills.
  • Research skills and a keen interest in information technology.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, and the internal recruitment team.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and tenacious, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Fluent English; German and other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
