Description

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Partner with Talent Partners to set expectations and support a positive interview experience.
  • Review candidate profiles and assist with resume sorting.
  • Track candidates through the interview process and share status and feedback updates.
  • Participate in India kickoff calls to help ensure an effective interview process.
  • Open requisitions and build interview plans in the ATS.
  • Communicate professionally with internal business partners.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and reporting.
  • Support ISMS-related responsibilities and follow organization policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional or internship experience supporting Talent Acquisition and interview scheduling.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools, with Greenhouse preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with frequent interruptions and limited supervision.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information and work in a team environment with a strong customer service focus.
  • Strong and reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in interviewing is preferred.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, with GoodTime preferred.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Willingness to commute to the office once a month on a pre-defined date, if needed.
