Description

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for Life Sciences roles, including sourcing, screening, domain-specific assessment, and candidate submission.
  • Source candidates through specialist channels such as clinical trial registries, professional associations, regulatory networks, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to protect against capacity risks in fast-moving regulated programs.
  • Assess candidates using structured frameworks against criteria such as GCP, ICH guidelines, regulatory submission experience, and pharmacovigilance workflows.
  • Prepare clear, evidence-based candidate profiles and hiring recommendations for regulated client environments.
  • Monitor pipeline health, flag risks early, and adjust sourcing activity to maintain delivery against hiring milestones.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, assessments, and onboarding documentation in Lever ATS.
  • Partner with Delivery, Quality, and Operations stakeholders to align recruitment activity with project needs and provide timely status updates.
  • Support candidate onboarding and ensure a smooth handover into the relevant program or service line.
  • Identify process improvements, share best practices with colleagues, and support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with specialization in Life Sciences, CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
  • Working knowledge of the Life Sciences translation and localisation landscape, including clinical trial documentation, regulatory submissions, drug safety narratives, and pharmacovigilance workflows.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and quality standards such as GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA/EMA requirements as applied to linguistic and content services.
  • Proven ability to assess specialist candidates using structured, technical, and domain-specific evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels with experience engaging passive talent in niche scientific and regulatory communities.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently and delivering against hiring targets to a high standard.
  • Working knowledge of Lever ATS or an equivalent applicant tracking system.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to represent the team credibly with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple active pipelines simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Background in life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
