Description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and client organizations.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against role requirements and fitment criteria.
  • Initiate candidate outreach and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and hiring dashboards to monitor pipeline health.
  • Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and closures.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to understand hiring priorities and execution strategies.
  • Contribute to improving sourcing techniques and recruitment workflows.

Requirements

  • 0 years of experience required; freshers are welcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly process-oriented with a disciplined approach to managing tasks and workflows.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles or hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking and documentation.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources as a career path.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a high level of accountability and self-management.
  • Basic understanding of hiring processes or prior internship exposure in recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to evolving hiring needs and priorities.
