Description

  • Rate search results and related content according to project guidelines and user intent.
  • Use local knowledge and cultural context to judge the relevance and quality of online search results.
  • Follow client rules, training materials, and rating program policies precisely.
  • Complete required training, assessments, and client entrance testing before starting work.
  • Work independently from home as the sole Search Quality Rater in your household.
  • Manage tasks on a flexible schedule and contribute between 10 and 25 hours per week.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with NDA requirements.
  • Support the client’s AI data validation and improvement efforts through accurate ratings.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Hindi.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Deep understanding of popular Indian culture.
  • You must not participate in any other search or ads rating program, including roles such as Internet assessor or ads evaluator.
  • You must not have worked in Ads Quality Rating before.
  • If you have previously worked in search quality rating or passed the test for this role, you may still apply.
  • Ability to work independently as the only Search Quality Rater in your home.
  • Strong web literacy and the ability to work in a fast-changing online environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable antivirus software.
  • Ability to follow English instructions and client project rules.
  • Willingness to sign an NDA to protect client confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must apply using a Gmail address.
  • Ability to complete the client’s training and difficult quality test before starting.
