Description

  • Translate, copy-edit, and quality-check English (en-US) content into Hebrew (he-IL).
  • Proofread and revise translations to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency.
  • Adapt marketing, product, service, and support content to match brand voice and customer-facing tone.
  • Use the client-specific CAT tool to complete assigned localization tasks.
  • Deliver approximately 1,000 to 2,000 words per week on an ongoing freelance basis.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions from production or localization teams.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew with excellent command of US English.
  • Proven experience translating from English (en-US) to Hebrew (he-IL).
  • 2+ years of professional translation experience with a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or 5+ years of professional translation experience without a formal translation degree.
  • Demonstrated experience translating informational, marketing, product, and support content.
  • Experience using CAT tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tone, brand voice, and customer-facing communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail, terminological consistency, and linguistic accuracy.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality translations while meeting deadlines.
  • Flexible, reliable, and responsive in a fast-paced localization environment.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and revisions.
