Description

  • Lead Arabic language quality initiatives, including localization reviews, UX testing, and identification of linguistic, functional, and cultural issues.
  • Apply and refine AI/LLM workflows for localization, including prompt design, output evaluation, post-editing, and sharing learnings with the team.
  • Connect localization quality to content performance and SEO signals to improve acquisition, conversion, and engagement in Arabic markets.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Content System, Engineering, Marketing, and SEO teams to deliver a fully localized Arabic experience.
  • Lead Arabic localization projects from start to finish and coordinate timelines, goals, and quality standards with stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Research, gather, and synthesize customer feedback to advocate for Arabic-speaking users and improve UI, UX, content, and design.
  • Assess and manage language service providers and freelancers through feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain Arabic translation assets such as style guides, glossaries, and translation memory to keep them aligned with the product and market.
  • Provide market intelligence on Arabic regional opportunities, threats, and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure localized content follows global brand guidelines while maintaining an effective Arabic brand voice.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English.
  • BA or equivalent in translation, linguistics, content marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Arabic translation, localization, or LQA with a track record of leading projects end to end.
  • Experience conducting localization reviews, testing, and language quality initiatives for Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or MT engines in localization workflows.
  • Experience with prompt design, AI output QA, and post-editing in AI-assisted review pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience in creative translation and transcreation for Arabic cultural context, including dialect/MSA decisions, gender, formality, and religious or cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with product, design, content, engineering, marketing, and external vendors.
  • Experience assessing and managing language service providers, including feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics in the Arabic market (preferred).
  • Experience with prompt engineering or AI-assisted content quality governance frameworks (preferred).
  • Knowledge of RTL design considerations and how they affect Arabic UX (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in one or more additional languages (preferred).
  • Action-oriented, self-starting mindset (preferred).
  • Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations (preferred).
