Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles up to G7 level.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to define hiring strategies, evaluation criteria, and kickoff alignment.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of Wellhub.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, internal SLAs, and accurate ATS data management in Greenhouse.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and belonging by sourcing from underrepresented groups and reducing bias in the selection process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as People Ops and OD&B to support onboarding and employer branding.
  • Use AI tools in day-to-day TA work to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, sourcing, and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, high-demand environments such as startups or global companies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and funnel analysis.
  • High familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to talent acquisition tasks.
  • Ability to use market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Experience aligning candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial constraints.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Resilient, people-first mindset with a growth mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment and English fluency are mandatory for this role.
  • Remote work from anywhere in Brazil; role is only open to candidates located in Brazil.
