Description

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
  • Source candidates through LATAM job boards, LinkedIn, and other high-performing regional channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring roles such as sales, technical support, project coordinator, and admin positions.
  • Proactively engage passive candidates through direct outreach.
  • Conduct structured interviews in English and evaluate candidates for fit, communication skills, and role alignment.
  • Calibrate candidate expectations against compensation and role requirements.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and market feedback to US-based hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding by coordinating documentation and new contractor setup with HR and admin teams.
  • Track hiring metrics and improve sourcing channels and recruitment processes based on data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience supporting US-based companies or clients.
  • Proven experience hiring across LATAM markets.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability beyond job posting.
  • Experience managing 5–10 open roles simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Comfort using Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring.
  • Must have a personal desktop or laptop.
  • Business-level English fluency in both spoken and written communication.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM talent markets, compensation norms, and candidate behavior by country.
  • Familiarity with job boards and sourcing channels across Mexico, Honduras, and the broader LATAM region.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fully remote, async-friendly environment.
