Description

  • Serve as a technical reference for an international team building APIs and integrations across multiple systems.
  • Lead and mentor team members on backend development and database management best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings with the Product Manager to gather scenarios, map demands, and validate requirements.
  • Design the architecture of new integration products focused on process automation and customized reporting.
  • Lead the migration of more than 50 connectors into a new programming environment.
  • Create detailed reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Oversee data manipulation and transformation according to client preferences.
  • Track tasks and document deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and implement business and process improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor business metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience in backend development and database management.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
  • Experience building and maintaining high-traffic APIs handling thousands of requests per second.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services, containers, and serverless architectures such as Lambdas.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPI tracking tools such as Datadog and Grafana.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience managing client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with GIT, Clean Code, and development best practices.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is preferred.
  • Previous involvement in international projects is a nice to have.
