Description

  • Act as a strategic analytics partner for Channel Ops and Strategy by translating performance questions into scalable technical and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Own the full insight lifecycle, from modeling complex partner data to delivering executive-ready insights and performance narratives.
  • Build and maintain analytical models in SQL and Python to support pipeline analysis, partner contribution, conversion rates, and sales strategies.
  • Design and implement automated data flows and reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase analytical velocity.
  • Use Looker, Metabase, Google Analytics, and Google Workspace to analyze data, create dashboards, and deliver visual insights.
  • Develop analytical frameworks for partner incentives, variable compensation, performance tiers, and revenue optimization.
  • Identify inefficiencies across the partner lifecycle and propose data- and AI-backed improvements to improve speed and operational flow.
  • Enable teams through data literacy, tooling, and AI usage coaching to strengthen a data-driven culture.
  • Automate data interpretation, documentation, and insight summarization to support scalable knowledge management and executive reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Ops, Finance, Commercial teams, and leadership to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, data strategy, and/or channel operations within commercial ecosystems.
  • Advanced technical expertise in SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable data models, automated workflows, and performance frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including pivot tables, financial models, live dashboards, and structured analytical environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Metabase, and Google Analytics is required.
  • Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and data products with strong usability and executive storytelling.
  • Ability to translate business questions into technical requirements, run analytical deep dives, and present insights clearly in English.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and data-quality validation practices.
  • Practical interest or experience using AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM to automate analysis and documentation.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with advanced English and prior project management experience mandatory for this role.
