Description

  • Design, implement, and review policies for granting, maintaining, and expanding B2B credit limits.
  • Monitor portfolio performance indicators such as delinquency, bad debt, and payment behavior.
  • Conduct pricing studies and calibrate commercial conditions based on risk levels to balance competitiveness and margin.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to develop credit scoring and behavior scoring models.
  • Act as an internal consultant to Sales and Customer Success on portfolio growth and financial health.
  • Build or calibrate automated decision engines and credit scoring models for credit operations.
  • Work across functions to refine credit strategy and support scalable decision-making.
  • Promote a supportive work environment that encourages wellbeing and work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in B2B Credit Risk, including developing credit policies, limit management, and risk-based pricing.
  • Advanced SQL for data extraction.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience building or calibrating automated decision engines and credit scoring models (application and behavior).
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial statements, including P&L and cash flow, especially for SME and SaaS/recurring revenue models.
  • Familiarity with credit bureaus such as Serasa, Boa Vista, and Quod, and the Brazilian financial regulatory landscape.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced English is required for collaboration with global teams.
