Description

  • Originate commercial real estate financing opportunities by developing long-term relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and intermediaries.
  • Own the full transaction lifecycle from initial client engagement through closing.
  • Source, structure, underwrite, market, and execute complex debt and structured finance transactions.
  • Design and negotiate financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and structured capital.
  • Advise clients on execution strategy, pricing, structure, and timing based on current capital markets conditions.
  • Provide guidance informed by lender program criteria and risk-return considerations.
  • Use technology, data-driven tools, and workflow automation to speed up deal screening, underwriting, and execution.
  • Maintain a disciplined process that supports high transaction volume while preserving quality.
  • Build a repeatable book of business with recurring deal flow.
  • Lead transactions end-to-end and ensure strong outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, debt, or structured finance.
  • Proven record of closing institutional-scale transactions with individual deal sizes of $15MM+ and annual volume of $50MM+.
  • Deep fluency in capital stack structuring, underwriting, term sheet negotiation, and lender program criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead transactions from origination through closing.
  • Preferred: existing book of business with repeatable deal flow generating $75MM+ in annual volume.
  • Preferred: experience raising programmatic or relationship-based capital beyond one-off deal execution.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor in a commission-based role.
  • Remote work eligibility is indicated by the #LI-Remote designation.

  • Typical annualized earnings range from $180,000 to $300,000 across US locations, with higher earnings possible for top performers.
