Description

  • Partner with department and division leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workforce strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and build credible relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead workplace investigations, address employee concerns, and support disciplinary action processes.
  • Manage the annual performance review cycle and administer the performance management platform.
  • Administer leave and accommodation programs, including FMLA and ADA processes.
  • Manage required compliance reporting and HR programs, including OSHA 300, AAP, VETS-4212, EEO-1, California Pay Data Reporting, DOL wage surveys, and I-9/E-Verify.
  • Administer harassment prevention and compliance training programs and support the compliance training platform.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including involuntary separations and exit interviews.
  • Oversee employee recognition and engagement programs and support employee events and culture initiatives.
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute HR metrics and divisional dashboard reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Leverage AI tools and HR technology to improve workflow efficiency and support data-driven decisions.
  • Travel to other office locations as needed to provide in-person HR support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Thorough working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and wage and hour requirements.
  • Experience administering HRIS and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience compiling and interpreting HR metrics and reports to drive improvements.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity and streamline HR workflows.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience administering and optimizing HR technology stacks including ADP, Greenhouse, Ultimate Software, and Navex Compliance Portal preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-state employee populations preferred.
  • Background in government compliance reporting and affirmative action planning preferred.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced technology, media, or service-oriented environment preferred.
