Description

  • Manage direct reports supporting key Home Services people functions, including employee and labor relations.
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational opportunities, restructuring, and transformation efforts.
  • Align people strategy with business objectives to support growth, productivity, and adaptability.
  • Lead the design, development, and use of people KPIs for both client-facing and internal reporting.
  • Monitor employee and labor risks proactively and work with operational leaders to update policies and practices.
  • Champion standard operating procedures to support consistent, scalable operations and client expectations.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with Home Services leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Represent WelbeHealth at external PACE, home services, healthcare, and HR venues or associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or directly related experience; master’s degree or JD preferred.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of business experience in HR, operations, strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience scaling a service or function during a period of rapid growth strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, including hiring, performance management, and team development.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives with successful change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to design programs, manage performance, and influence opinion.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment is ideally preferred.
  • Highly motivated, inspirational leader able to engage teams, remove barriers, and drive goal achievement.
