Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer for executive, leadership, technical, and specialized roles.
  • Lead client intake calls, clarify hiring needs, and provide strategic recommendations when role briefs are unclear.
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and AI-powered tools.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess mindset, ownership, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Present candidates with clear, honest hiring recommendations to support faster client decisions.
  • Write and post culture-fit job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, contractor documentation, records management, and internal policy compliance.
  • Track recruitment metrics and pipeline health to identify what is working and what needs to change.
  • Build and improve recruitment SOPs, interview guides, scorecards, and onboarding checklists.
  • Use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, and communication without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Excellent conversational English that feels clear, natural, and easy to listen to.
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience across executive, technical, and specialized roles, ideally supporting multiple clients or industries.
  • Proven client communication and stakeholder management skills, including running intake calls and pushing back on vague briefs.
  • Sharp interviewing and candidate assessment ability to distinguish strong presenters from strong performers.
  • Active, confident daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent.
  • Strong proactive sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to build pipelines independently.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and HR tools such as Workable, ClickUp, or equivalent.
  • High integrity and sound judgment, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to ask the right questions early.
  • Experience in executive search, agency recruitment, or outsourcing environments is preferred.
  • Background in MSP, IT services, or operations-heavy environments is preferred.
