Description

  • Develop and execute scalable operations strategies across Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Compliance, and CFO Services.
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery to meet quality, accuracy, timeliness, and client-satisfaction standards.
  • Standardize processes and drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, service quality, and client experience.
  • Lead automation and technology-enabled operational transformation with Product and Technology teams.
  • Establish quality-control frameworks, operational controls, and compliance processes.
  • Build, lead, and develop operations teams, managers, and functional leaders.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards for productivity, quality, SLAs, capacity, and profitability.
  • Lead workforce planning and operational readiness for growth and seasonal demand.
  • Partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to align operational capacity with business priorities.
  • Drive service-line performance, cost efficiency, and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive professional experience, including substantial operations leadership experience.
  • Experience leading large, multi-functional teams in accounting, tax, payroll, compliance, finance outsourcing, BPO, CAS, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of US accounting, taxation, payroll, and compliance operations.
  • Experience managing US-based clients or US-focused service delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a high-growth organization.
  • Experience with operational metrics, workforce planning, quality management, process improvement, and profitability management.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to automate operational workflows.
  • CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
  • Big Four experience and familiarity with QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, or Avalara (preferred).
