Description

  • Compare AI-generated songs side by side across musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocals, production, mixing, and overall listening experience.
  • Classify songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocal characteristics, and other musical attributes.
  • Evaluate AI-generated lyrics and vocal performances against reference material.
  • Identify mixing, balance, dynamics, distortion, artifact, and unnatural vocal issues.
  • Apply structured evaluation criteria consistently across genres and production styles.
  • Provide clear feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of AI-generated music.
  • Use critical-listening skills to detect subtle musical and technical differences.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Norwegian proficiency.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions in English.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a music producer, audio engineer, mixing engineer, or related music professional.
  • Strong knowledge of music production, recording, arrangement, mixing, and audio quality.
  • Excellent critical-listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with contemporary Norwegian music and musical culture.
  • Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for professional critical listening.
  • Formal training in music production, performance, music theory, composition, or audio engineering (preferred).
  • Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work; experience across multiple genres; or experience evaluating AI-generated creative content (preferred).

Benefits

  • Compensation of $42–$78 per hour.
  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling.
  • Approximately 20 hours per week, with no fixed weekly cap.
  • Immediate start for up to 6 months.
  • Weekly payments through available payment platforms.
  • Independent contractor engagement.
