Description

  • Manage and close high-value enterprise accounts with ACVs of $75k and above.
  • Establish and lead the enterprise sales process in North America, including benchmarks for larger deals.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and leaders across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing.
  • Guide qualified prospects through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract close.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and product demos customized with support from internal teams.
  • Manage pilot programs and coordinate follow-up between internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts by demonstrating value against legacy competitors.
  • Ensure smooth go-live execution in partnership with Engineering and Solutions teams.
  • Generate a portion of new leads through proactive outreach and finance-focused networking events.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and use CRM tools to support repeatable sales processes.
  • Advocate for customer feedback to inform Product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Recruit and help build the North American Account Executive team over time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to US-based customers.
  • Proven success selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Experience closing deals with ACVs of $75k+, preferably $100k+.
  • At least 2 years of experience targeting finance personas.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience as one of the first Account Executives at a startup or in an early-stage environment.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and resilience in a fast-moving startup setting.
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort managing long sales cycles and pilot-heavy deals.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC.
  • Willingness to begin work at 7:30 AM ET.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Skills in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise sales, mid-market sales, finance persona sales, discovery, demos, pilot management, negotiation, closing, team building, and project management.
