Description

  • Manage and close high-value enterprise accounts with ACVs of $75k and above.
  • Build and lead the enterprise sales process in North America, including benchmarks for larger deals.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and leaders across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing.
  • Attend finance-focused events to network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Guide qualified prospects through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and customized product demos with support from Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Manage complex pilot programs and coordinate follow-up between internal teams and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts by clearly demonstrating value against legacy competitors.
  • Ensure a smooth go-live experience in partnership with Engineering and Solutions teams.
  • Generate part of your own pipeline and maintain disciplined CRM-based sales process management.
  • Advocate for customer feedback to inform Product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help recruit and expand the North American Account Executive team over time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to US-based customers.
  • Proven success selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Track record of closing deals with ACVs of $75k+, preferably $100k+.
  • At least 2 years of experience targeting Finance personas.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience as one of the first Account Executives at a startup or in an early-stage environment.
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and resilience in uncertain, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent project management skills for long sales cycles and pilot-heavy deal structures.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, especially MEDDPICC.
  • Willingness to begin work at 7:30 AM ET.
