Description

  • Assist a senior Account Manager during the initial 30-day training period by supporting hiring pipelines for portfolio companies.
  • Source candidates using Weekday’s database product for client companies.
  • Shadow weekly check-in calls with founders of portfolio companies during the training period.
  • Take ownership of assigned portfolio companies after the initial training period.
  • Lead check-in calls with client company founders and hiring managers.
  • Monitor interview-stage candidates and help resolve blockers in the hiring process.
  • Manage the hiring pipeline end to end for assigned accounts.
  • Work directly with clients and founders to keep hiring progress moving.
  • Be solely responsible for revenue generated from your assigned portfolio.

Requirements

  • Very strong work ethic.
  • Strong proactive communication skills, with thorough written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort speaking directly with founders and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to focus on the task at hand without getting distracted.
  • Willingness to go through a structured training period before handling accounts independently.
  • Experience or ability to manage hiring pipelines and candidate sourcing is implied by the role.
  • Ability to handle ownership of client accounts and revenue responsibility.
  • Remote work location available for this full-time role.
  • Salary range of Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 15,00,000 per year (INR 6-15 LPA).
