Description

  • Run discovery, demo, proposal, and closing calls from end to end.
  • Convert qualified leads from the SDR/GTM team into signed customers.
  • Own monthly pipeline and ARR targets and manage deal progress in CRM.
  • Work directly with the founders to refine messaging, objection handling, and pricing.
  • Build the sales playbook from the ground up as the first AE.
  • Continuously iterate on the sales process based on what is working in the market.

Requirements

  • Experience in a closing sales role, not a prospecting role.
  • Ability to manage full-cycle sales from first demo through close.
  • Comfort working on deals in the ₹3L to ₹10L ARR range.
  • Strong CRM discipline and ability to track pipeline and deal progress.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with founders on pricing and positioning.
  • Interest in helping define the sales motion for a first AE role.
  • Full-time availability for a remote role based in Bengaluru.
