Description

  • Lead the sales strategy and drive growth for the Application Access Governance product line across the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead key sales conversations and presentations throughout the customer lifecycle, from prospecting through post-sale.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategy and support growth.
  • Drive profitable subscription revenue growth and help establish predictable, metric-driven revenue streams.
  • Assess and improve partner relationships and develop short-term and long-term partner strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, tools, and resources to support scale and higher ARR.
  • Train and enable field sales, client success, and other customer-facing teams on the platform, use cases, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement content, training materials, and best practices.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve positioning and offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be located in London, Paris, or within commutable distance.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in Application Access Governance or a related technology space.
  • 4+ years of experience managing Segregation of Duties is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of risk and controls and compliance requirements such as GDPR and Sarbanes-Oxley is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the security model of key ERP, EHR, and CRM applications such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Oracle EBS, Workday, EPIC, and Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and scale sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and how to drive predictable, sustainable growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, product marketing, and sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed.
