Description

  • Master the company's scripts, CRM, and booking process and begin closing deals quickly.
  • Audit the current sales system and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Work with the existing team to increase output and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Hire and train 4–6 sales reps, including setters and closers.
  • Lead one-on-one coaching, weekly huddles, live sales reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Build a strong sales culture and help new team members ramp up quickly.
  • Work with leadership on onboarding, training systems, and KPIs.
  • Drive departmental revenue, recruiting, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with executives to scale campaigns and compensation plans.
  • Develop internal leaders and create bench strength within the department.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, including 1–2 years leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing a sales team of 20+ people.
  • Tech-savvy with strong pipeline management skills.
  • Experience building, hiring, or scaling a sales team.
  • Strong closing ability with a deep understanding of sales psychology.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable to results.
  • Track record of driving sales numbers and scaling sales systems.
  • Comfort with ownership and minimal micromanagement.
  • Ambition to build something long-term with legacy potential.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding the following KPIs: 175+ appointments set per month, 140+ appointments held per month, 130+ $1 PIOS sold per month, 100+ applications per month, $1M+ in funded policies per month, and reps onboarded and fully ramped within 30 days.
