Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across LATAM using LinkedIn and relevant communities.
  • Use ATS tools such as Workable and AI-enabled workflows to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience.
  • Support offer preparation, salary proposals, and onboarding processes.
  • Track hiring progress and generate insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on LATAM market trends and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of LATAM labor markets, hiring practices, and employment regulations, including Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to source, manage, and close candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Experience with Workable is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
