Description

  • Run and grow an independent recruitment operation in the Czech market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to generate ongoing recruitment opportunities.
  • Leverage Keller Haldren’s systems, technology platforms, and back-office support in day-to-day operations.
  • Develop business through existing networks and market relationships.
  • Collaborate with a global partner network on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Apply understanding of local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use marketing resources and campaign support to promote services in the local market.
  • Work toward building a sustainable and profitable recruitment business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with 5-10 years preferred in the partner profile.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capability.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • An established network within the local business community is desirable.
