Description

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified Licensed Behavior Analysts across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
  • Post and manage LBA job listings across professional platforms, ABA networks, university partnerships, and licensure boards.
  • Conduct outreach and screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, licensure status, and availability.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with the HR Director and clinical leadership.
  • Extend offers and manage pre-hire documentation in accordance with company HR policies.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for BCBAs pursuing LBA licensure in New York State.
  • Guide BCBA candidates through the LBA application and licensure process, including documentation, submission, and timeline tracking.
  • Facilitate Medicaid provider enrollment for incoming LBAs and maintain enrollment records in the HRIS.
  • Track license expirations, Medicaid revalidation deadlines, and continuing education requirements for active LBAs.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records, run reports, and correct data discrepancies related to LBA headcount and credentialing status.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, onboarding materials, and other HR projects as assigned by the HR Director.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or HR operations required.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA setting strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid provider enrollment processes is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with New York State LBA licensure requirements and the BCBA-to-LBA pathway is a significant advantage.
  • Prior HRIS administration experience required; experience with Zoho or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple credentialing timelines simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for outreach to clinical professionals.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, audit-ready credentialing records.
  • Ability to manage sensitive professional and regulatory information with discretion.
  • Self-directed with the ability to meet compliance deadlines without prompting.
  • Understanding of ABA therapy service delivery and the LBA role in a Medicaid-funded service model.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, spreadsheet tracking tools, and professional communication platforms.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, and at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds an Intel Core i3 processor and remains functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
