Description

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business metrics and reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reporting tools, and data visualizations for operational and financial decision-making.
  • Extract, clean, structure, and analyze large datasets from ERP, operational, eCommerce, and internal systems.
  • Build scalable reporting processes and improve data accessibility across the organization.
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
  • Assist in defining KPIs, metric governance, and reporting consistency.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and business performance drivers through exploratory and recurring analysis.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with data analysis and visualization.
  • Work with engineering and systems teams to improve data pipelines, reporting architecture, and system integrations.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and executive-level reporting requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
  • Track record of building and maintaining dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with relational databases and large datasets.
  • Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP preferred.
  • Experience with Python, dbt, or similar data transformation tools preferred.
  • Experience in consumer products, eCommerce, manufacturing, or supply chain analytics preferred.
  • Experience pulling, cleaning, and structuring data from syndicated sources such as Nielsen or SPINS and retailer vendor portals.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $110,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
  • Eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus.
  • Remote work arrangement.
