Description

  • Design and deliver end-to-end training programs in Business Analysis and Data Analytics.
  • Teach live online sessions on Business Analysis, Advanced Excel, SQL, ETL, Power BI, RPA, Agile frameworks, and AI-assisted business analysis workflows.
  • Develop case studies, assignments, exercises, capstone projects, and business simulations.
  • Guide learners through hands-on activities, projects, and practical business scenarios.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide clear, constructive feedback on assignments, assessments, and projects.
  • Mentor learners, answer technical and conceptual questions, and support student progress during live sessions and office hours.
  • Maintain session quality, learner engagement, and accurate performance documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve curriculum, content development, and the learner experience.
  • Monitor student progress, escalate performance concerns when needed, and support improvement plans.
  • Adhere to instructional standards and foster an inclusive, respectful virtual learning environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Technical Trainer.
  • Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and database querying.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and business intelligence reporting.
  • Strong expertise in ETL concepts and data pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of CBAP-level Business Analysis practices, including BABOK, requirements elicitation and documentation, stakeholder management, business process modeling, requirements lifecycle management, and solution evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT for business analysis workflows.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience delivering online or classroom training preferred.
  • CBAP certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis highly preferred.
  • Certifications in Power BI, SQL, Agile, or RPA tools preferred.
  • Prior experience in corporate training, coaching, or mentoring professionals preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted productivity and automation workflows preferred.
  • Experience working on enterprise transformation or analytics initiatives preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
  • Availability for evening and weekend synchronous online instruction, with a part-time commitment of about 8–15 hours per week.

Benefits

  • $55–$60 per hour pay range, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Part-time, non-exempt compensation for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
