Description

  • Own marketplace monetization and economics across merchant supply, consumer demand, and pricing.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and adjust strategy based on engagement, relevance, merchant outcomes, LTV, and overall health.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key Marketplace KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to grow marketplace partners and merchant value.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve inventory relevance, competitiveness, and offer effectiveness.
  • Analyze supply-side dynamics, including incentives, pricing, and placement, to understand elasticity and drive incremental GMV.
  • Lead analyses and experiments to test new placements and optimize marketplace performance.
  • Conduct loan-level profitability analyses to ensure offers align with credit and financial goals.
  • Evaluate affiliate portfolio performance by integrating network data and assessing the impact of merchant-funded incentives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Experience in marketplaces, ads/affiliate ecosystems, or two-sided platforms.
  • Strong intuition for supply-demand dynamics, pricing, and marketplace tradeoffs.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, DBT, and Sigma.
  • Comfort managing ETLs and working with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
  • Strong curiosity and a bias toward using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Engineering.
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action.

  • Base pay range of $180,000-$230,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $160,000-$180,000 per year in other U.S. states.
