Description

  • Design, manage, and continuously improve a structured 90-day onboarding program for new sales hires.
  • Build onboarding resources, cheat sheets, role-specific guides, and individualized coaching plans.
  • Coordinate onboarding and enablement efforts with regional sales leaders.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of core sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, competitive briefs, and process documentation.
  • Plan and run a recurring training calendar for the full sales organization, including live sessions, workshops, and course-based learning.
  • Run the Flight School program that prepares sales associates to become Sales Directors.
  • Manage the LMS end to end, including building and grading courses, tracking completion and performance, and keeping content organized and current.
  • Identify training gaps by observing sales calls, analyzing metrics, gathering feedback, and partnering with sales leadership.
  • Translate insights into updated content, new programs, and process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional enablement projects such as product launches, process rollouts, and alignment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to build and manage content and programs, not just deliver them.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, usable materials.
  • Comfortable owning projects from blank page to execution without heavy oversight.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System preferred.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead remote or in-person sessions.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and personality types.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training initiatives.
  • Must be authorized to work from home in the US or Canada; Voltus does not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires.
