Description

  • Develop data warehouses and data marts that transform raw data into structured models for analysis and visualization.
  • Build point-in-time data models to support trend analysis and pipeline flow reporting.
  • Enable Sales Ops users to perform ad-hoc analysis by maintaining clean, well-documented semantic layers.
  • Design automated ingestion paths for manual spreadsheet data and integrate validated data into the central environment.
  • Implement automated data quality checks and monitoring to ensure accuracy across sales reporting.
  • Maintain documentation for data lineage, business logic, and metric definitions.
  • Support the development of self-service reporting tools for the Sales organization.
  • Work on process improvement and operational analytics for the Sales Operations team.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with a code-first analytics approach that favors reproducible, tested pipelines over manual processes.
  • Expert-level SQL and Python skills are required, including complex transformations and pipeline automation.
  • Experience using Python tools such as Jupyter or Marimo for analytics and automation.
  • Strong understanding of schemas and fact/dimension tables for intuitive self-service analytics.
  • Experience with dbt or similar version-controlled, modular data modeling frameworks.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycles and CRM data structures such as Salesforce, or an eagerness to learn them.
  • Must be highly self-initiated, driven to succeed, and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Passion for clean energy and sustainability is required.
  • Background in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering is required.
  • MBA experience is preferred.
  • This internship can be full-time or part-time.
