Description

  • Identify, define, and analyze technical and, when needed, functional requirements.
  • Communicate requirements clearly from both technical and business-user perspectives.
  • Work closely with development teams, product owners, and product managers to analyze requirement needs.
  • Assess requirement impacts on upstream and downstream systems and processes, and proactively communicate risks and solutions.
  • Maintain requirement traceability and track progress throughout the project and sprints.
  • Create user guides and provide user training when needed.
  • Collaborate with the technical solutions team to understand feasibility and how requirements will work.
  • Propose best-practice solution approaches using Adobe Experience Manager capabilities.
  • Translate end-user features into requirements for content management and external data provider integrations.
  • Support product backlog prioritization by understanding dependencies between requirements and epics.
  • Recommend internal process improvements and appropriate solutions.
  • Contribute to test scenarios, test cases, and validation activities to ensure implementation quality.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to support teams by providing required documentation.
  • Gather and analyze needs and follow up on issues so client voices are documented effectively.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience working with technical teams and analyzing and resolving business and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements-gathering activities, including facilitation of workshops.
  • Ability to lead and guide user flow design and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
  • Mandatory experience with large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, including Enterprise DAM projects using AEM Assets.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise DAM platforms based on AEM Assets, including system integrations for digital asset distribution and ingestion.
  • Experience with metadata and taxonomy management, including migration of content and digital assets in AEM.
  • Experience with Adobe Dynamic Media and advanced features such as Smart Crop.
  • Strong understanding of content operations, including governance, migration, and permissions management models.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront is an asset.
  • Knowledge of modern content authoring approaches in AEM, including Universal Editor for Edge Delivery Services, is an asset.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is an asset.
  • Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional certification is an asset.
  • Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification is an asset.
  • Applicants must be based in Ontario or Quebec.
  • English fluency is required for candidates based in Quebec due to collaboration across the Americas and occasionally Europe.
