Description

  • Consolidate and link data across partner APIs, internal databases, and partner-facing portals to create a coherent view of program performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Redash or similar tools for registration counts, enrollment funnel analysis, and other key program metrics.
  • Manually collect interval usage data following demand response events.
  • Help develop faster and more reliable processes for collecting interval usage data over time.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for automation in residential data pipelines.
  • Flag data issues and collaborate on fixes to improve data quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative or technical field such as data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a similar discipline.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort writing joins.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, including pandas, basic API calls, and light scripting.
  • Strong ability to link datasets together by identifying keys, gaps, and data inconsistencies.
  • Relentless attention to detail, especially when numbers do not tie out.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership beyond immediate scope and drives problems to resolution.
  • Intellectual curiosity about energy markets, distributed energy resources, or the residential clean-energy space is a strong plus.
  • Gritty and collaborative approach with kind communication and a focus on team success.

  • Hourly compensation of $20–$25 for undergraduate candidates and $25–$30 for graduate candidates.
