Description

  • Work with Arcadia customers to solve complex business needs within the platform.
  • Explain data transformations and help customers build trust in Arcadia’s data.
  • Partner with technical operators to build complex customizations.
  • Contribute to Arcadia’s validation engine and help improve its checks and overall quality.
  • Serve as an internal expert on claims data, clinical data, and how data flows through the Arcadia system.
  • Lead complex customer discussions to guide decision-making and product optimization.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve product operations and validation processes.
  • Support internal and external teams with data-related decisions as a product and domain expert.
  • Follow all Security policies and procedures to protect PHI and Arcadia intellectual property.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of clinical data feeds, including FHIR, HL7, CCD, and full extracts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data terminology such as ICDs, SNOMED, LOINC, and RxNorm.
  • Understanding of data types such as PAMPI and how they are used by health systems, ACOs, and payers.
  • Strong experience with value-based care.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, using AI tooling to stay organized and efficient.
  • Genuine desire to learn and apply AI tools for operational efficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and proven experience working with complex databases.
  • Experience working for a health system, ACO, CIN, or insurer preferred.
  • Experience working at a healthcare vendor preferred.
