Description

  • Support end-to-end data migration efforts between legacy and target systems.
  • Extract, map, transform, and load data according to business and technical requirements.
  • Document data mapping rules, transformation logic, and migration procedures.
  • Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in existing systems.
  • Perform data cleanup to standardize and enrich datasets.
  • Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data standards and governance practices.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis with corrective recommendations.
  • Support data reconciliation, balancing activities, and testing cycles such as UAT and system testing.

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or data quality roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
  • Experience with data transformation and ETL processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Business Central, Salesforce, or SAP.
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Dataverse.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience working on system implementation or migration projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work part-time or full-time at 40 hours per week in the EST time zone.
  • Must complete the application requirements, including an English proficiency rating, an English-language Coconut VA profile, and a 1-minute introduction video.
