Description

  • Partner with Sales and Energy Markets to improve sales messaging and execute campaigns that drive enrollment.
  • Build deep expertise in assigned territories, including DR programs, competitors, target industries, customers, and market trends.
  • Develop positioning and competitive differentiation with Sales leaders and Energy Markets.
  • Analyze closed and lost deals to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence documentation and share insights with Sales, Energy Markets, and Product teams.
  • Own and execute a marketing calendar with support from the Associate Director of Marketing.
  • Manage prospecting and upsell email campaigns tied to enrollment deadlines, program news, current events, and grid conditions.
  • Host webinars, industry events, and dinners to generate leads and nurture deals in pipeline.
  • Identify and execute trade show presence and pursue speaking opportunities where appropriate.
  • Manage region-specific industry association relationships and support new program launches with marketing collateral and case studies.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in demand generation across channels such as digital, email, and trade shows.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling ability to simplify complex technology and energy market concepts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners, especially Sales, Energy Markets, and Sales Productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, in writing, and in presentations.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is required.
  • A do-er/driver mentality with the ability to push projects to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Highly self-initiated, organized, communicative, and collaborative.
  • Experience with Claude is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work from a home location in the US or Canada.
  • Ability to work primarily from your home country; travel to other countries requires approval under the Global Remote Travel Policy.
