Description

  • Lead and manage the engineering team and define the technical and product strategy, roadmap, and vision.
  • Oversee day-to-day engineering operations to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery across teams.
  • Provide strategic technical direction for scalable, high-performance system design and architecture.
  • Stay hands-on with coding when needed, mentor engineers, and tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Champion engineering best practices across the product development lifecycle, continuous delivery, and operational excellence.
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing global engineering teams.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization.
  • Scale engineering processes and teams internationally to manage growth and complexity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with market and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar product leadership role leading software development teams in a scale-up environment.
  • Experience building and scaling a B2B2C SaaS platform is preferred.
  • Proven ability to scale engineering teams and lead efforts in high-growth organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in coding and willingness to be relatively hands-on.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical strategy to executives and collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders.
  • A mindset that treats engineering and technical excellence as a key business driver.
  • Experience scaling internationally and managing growth and complexity is highly valued.
