Description

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship from implementation through to outcomes, with support from the ANZ General Manager.
  • Own client outcomes and track progress against agreed goals.
  • Manage customer implementation projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and UK-based teams to get sensors installed.
  • Use and adapt existing playbooks to support successful project delivery.
  • Triage and respond to inbound customer queries after implementation and limit escalations.
  • Nurture client relationships through proactive communication and quarterly business reviews.
  • Act as the voice of the client for internal stakeholders and coordinate with other teams as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to add value through dashboard demos, ad hoc analysis, and re-engagement with new teams.
  • Recognize commercial opportunities such as upsells or scope expansion while supporting client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role working with technical projects and data.
  • Excellent teamworking skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with prospects and stakeholders.
  • Strong time and task management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing post-sale client onboarding through to successful implementation.
  • Experience planning for and managing renewals.
  • Passion for active travel, urban planning, and mobility is desired.
  • Experience in the transport industry and an understanding of the challenges cities and authorities face is desired.
  • Experience working with and/or managing public sector accounts is desired.
  • Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM platforms is desired.
  • Experience with a customer success platform, including familiarity with health scoring and impact plans, is desired.
  • Good understanding of core customer success practices and how they support customer growth is desired.
