Description

  • Own and manage a high-volume support queue with speed, accuracy, and consistent follow-through.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues with timely, professional, and empathetic resolutions.
  • Handle escalations by assessing urgency, engaging the right internal stakeholders, and communicating proactively with customers.
  • Follow established processes and playbooks for case management, renewals, and migration support.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points, friction points, and product feedback across cases.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer internally and escalate feedback to support product prioritization.
  • Support customers through the TeamSnap ONE migration by handling queue-based touchpoints and platform questions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while managing a large book of business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-volume book of business or support queue with consistent results.
  • Strong B2B relationship management skills with a consultative approach.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings, sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
  • Sports industry experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working remotely across time zones.
  • Permanent U.S. residency required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and ChurnZero is a plus.
