Description

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for high-value accounts and ensure alignment between customer business goals and Signifyd’s platform.
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle for assigned clients and drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to maintain strong alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Advise end users on best practices for product usage based on Signifyd platform knowledge.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with current and potential stakeholders within customer accounts.
  • Close renewals and identify additional expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Resolve account issues quickly by coordinating support from cross-functional teams.
  • Develop collateral and lead periodic business reviews with client executive teams.
  • Represent Signifyd at trade shows and key industry events, both virtually and in person.
  • Act as a role model and embody Signifyd’s values in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management, with a technology background required.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fraud, or payments is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing large and complex accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • An analytical, metrics-driven work style.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop action plans, and lead teams toward key objectives.
  • Experience generating and manipulating data for internal and external presentations using tools such as GSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Looker.
  • A driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach.
  • Ability to thrive as a self-starter in an ambiguous, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
